“Scratch & Win” Contest

2. Contest Period and Locations

The Contest is conducted at participating MoneyGram street events taking place on select dates between July 17 and July 26, 2026 (the “Contest Period”) in Toronto, Scarborough and Mississauga (Ontario), Edmonton (Alberta) and Vancouver (British Columbia), on event days only and while supplies of scratch tickets last.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding residents of the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Sponsor, Money Mart, their respective affiliates and their advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate — No Purchase Necessary

During the Contest Period, visit a participating street event and download the MoneyGram mobile application to receive a free scratch ticket from a MoneyGram brand ambassador. Downloading the application is free of charge, and no purchase, payment or money transfer is required to receive a ticket or to win a prize. A scratch ticket will also be provided upon request without downloading the application. Limit of one (1) scratch ticket per person during the Contest Period. Scratch the marked area of the ticket to reveal the prize.

5. Prizes and Odds of Winning

A total of 1,500 scratch tickets are available (300 per event city). Every ticket wins one of the following prizes:

The approximate retail value of the gift card prize pool is CAD $3,625. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their issuer. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Prize Claim; Skill-Testing Question

Prizes must be claimed from a brand ambassador at the event at which the ticket was distributed, on the same day. Before being awarded a gift card prize, the participant must first correctly answer, unaided and without any mechanical or other aid, a mathematical skill-testing question administered verbally by a MoneyGram brand ambassador. Sticker prizes do not require a skill-testing question. Tickets that are tampered with, altered, illegible, counterfeit or otherwise irregular are void.

7. Privacy

A scratch ticket may be obtained without providing any personal information. If a participant downloads and registers in the MoneyGram mobile application, any personal information provided is processed in accordance with the MoneyGram Privacy Notice available at moneygram.com.

8. General Conditions

By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, where required or permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor, Money Mart and their respective affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees and agents, accept no liability in connection with participation in the Contest or the use of any prize, except that nothing in these rules excludes or limits any liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

MoneyGram and the Arrow are marks of MoneyGram. Money Mart is a mark of National Money Mart Company. Tim Hortons is a trademark of its respective owner and is used solely to identify the gift card prizes. 10. Governing Law

These Official Contest Rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the province in which the participant resides.
